1. Online & Offline Ordering back to top
You can order stock and RX lenses by filling in the online order form. The pricing is in accordance with our lastest price list or the agreed price. Other products including frames, can be purchased using a shipping cart. We hope our online service can best serve your needs. Alternatively, we are more than happy to accept orders by phone, fax, or mail.

2. Payment & Refund Methods back to top
Currently, we accept online credit card payments through PayPal for frame orders only. You can pay offline by cheque, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), money transfer, direct bank deposit, and Internet banking. Payment terms are STRICTLY nett 30 days from the date of statement with approved accounts, otherwise STRICTLY nett 7 days.

General Information
All returns must be accompanied with an invoice number, date of purchase and reason for credit.
Unless faulty, lenses/frames for credit must be returned within 3 months from the date of invoice,
in original packaging and in original (sellable) condition.

Please supply a detailed description if you think a product is faulty. This is important as it assists us in processing your warranty claim, and allows us to inform our suppliers, and hence improve product quality.

Stock and Grind Lenses
12 month warranty on materials, coatings, or production defects from the date of invoice.

No warranty for inaccuracies from prescribing or Rx errors in customer's original order. However, a remake can be offered for grind single vision, bifocal, and multifocal lenses at 50% of original purchase price.

Multifocal Lenses
For non-adaptation (does not include change of prescription) to a prescription, the multifocal lenses must be returned within 90 days from the date of invoice. The lenses may be replaced by bifocals, single vision lenses, or a credit (maximum of 50% of original purchase price) into account.

Frames
12 months against manufacturing defects from the original invoice date (if returned frames are under manufacturer’s warranty).

Fitting
No warranty on customers’ own frames, if any damages developed in Bonastar’s fitting process are result from frame quality problems.

4. Being a Registered Online Customer back to top
Once registered, a Bonastar online customer does not need to fill in company or personal details every time when an order is placed. Orders are processed and dispatched directly from our warehouse promptly and efficiently, without burdening your operation. You can track your orders' status and keep your orders' history. In addition, you can receive special promotions, additional valuable resources and services by becoming a Bonastar online customer.
